Oh summer is here!

So here it is, May 31st already! In 5 days Jeff, Alanis, Brady and myself will load up the van and set off for our road trip back to SD. Yes, I did leave Carter out as he will be staying home with my friend Amanda and of course Aunt Angie, Grandma Jeanne, Grandma Barb and Uncle Tommy! Anyway, we will be driving to Watertown SD where I will be dropping Jeff off with his friend Hayden and Alanis and Brady with their dads. It's time again for the long lonely 8 weeks that the kids will be gone so that sucks! Anyway, back to the roadtrip, as if it won't already be long enough at this point but then I will continue on to Fargo ND to meet up with Karrie to help her wrap up the wedding preparations. On Friday Jeff and Hayden will be arriving in the large town of Lidgerwood ND for the wedding rehearsal. Saturday then will be the wedding. On Sunday, after gift opening, we will be going back to Watertown. We will then be waking up bright and early on Monday morning and Jeff, Hayden, Karrie and I will be heading out to the Black Hills! Yes, Jeff and I are crashing their honeymoon! We will be in the Hills until Friday seeing all of the sights and I do mean ALL of the sights! Jeff has been creating a binder full of everything possible there is to do in the Hills so we should be plenty busy all week! On Friday we will be leaving Hill City (where we will be staying) and heading back to Watertown to drop off Hayden and Karrie. As much as I would love to stay the night there so we can stop driving, Jeff and myself are going to continue on to Minneapolis to see his dad and step mom. We will be spending the night there and driving home on Saturday to our poor baby who will think by now that we have abandoned him! A week and a half of driving and running and not enough sleep and just crazy business! Should be a good time! Oh and when we get home, Monday will be our 2 year anniversary!! So here's the kick off to our crazy summer, I hope we survive it!
